Andreas has a deep enthusiasm for pioneering technologies that prioritize the human element. His passion mainly lies in the realm of biometrics, especially its integration with Machine Learning and AI techniques. Throughout his career, Andreas has been deeply involved in practical research related to smart homes, smart cities, the IoT, and biometrics.
In his outstanding career, Andreas held the role of Principal Investigator at the Center for Research in Security and Privacy (CRISP). He also served as the Vice Spokesman for the Fraunhofer-Allianz Ambient Assisted Living and worked in various roles for eight years at Fraunhofer IGD.
